We take all care to minimize the rejection at all levels of production i.e. film exposing , printing, drying & assembly. We have tool room facility for producing die & fixture. We have label cutting automization sysytem to reduce delivery time, it is also cost effective & meet the required dimensional tolerances.

	It is a Keypad with flexible tail with/ without connector as per design and application. The Keys are mounted on multi layers of punched flaxible polymer sheets (typically polyester) sandwiched together. Circuits are silk-screened with conductive silver ink on both the top and bottom membrane layers. Low cost , reliable Keypads, alternative Key-life exceeds - - 5 million Keystrokes, also lighter than a PCB, Flaxible circuits allow Product from which is not possible with rigid PCB. Rim & Pillow Type Emboss available on demand . Male Female Clincher connector are used.

	PCB"S allow for greater design flexibility than a flexible membrane switch. Standard thickness of bare PCB range from 1mm to 3.2 mm and the board can be single-sided, double sided or multi layer . A PCB allows components to be soldered directlyto the board. It also provides a wider, as well as more Connector locations , depending on the complexity of the design. In built Mounting screw can be used for fixing LCD, Dispaly PCB & Keyboards. Mainly used for Textile Industrial Automation & Control Panels . It eliminates backing plate.

Screen Printed Top layer of Membrane Keypad known as grapic layer. Materials can be used Polycabonate/Polyester with matt/ Gloss finish as per customer requirnment Graphic layer is an integral part of membrane switch , Which gives Location of Switches , Window, LEDs, Printing matters with logo & Title of Instruments.Screen-Printing coloed ink on basic material creatd grapic images . Once printed and cut to size & shape, this layer becomes the Graphic Overlay. It's color combination & layout gives look to the finish pnct of customer.

Labels are used for instruction / indicaion / circuit diagram purpose. It can be of any shape & design. IntraAction manufacture labels from Polyster, Polycarbonate or Vinlylmaterial with 3M or equipments. We are able to cut any intricate shape in house with CNC cutting facility. Some Standard lables are available ex stock.It is useful to indicate product flow diagram / process flow charts . It has application in pharma Industry, Chemical Plant and continuous process factories.
